I hold a strong academic foundation in Environmental Sciences, having completed my M.Phil with a focus on sustainable development, climate action, and waste management. This academic journey equipped me with a deep understanding of ecological systems, environmental policies, and scientific research methodologies necessary to address today’s pressing environmental challenges.

Professionally, I am associated with Entertech Group of Companies, an ISO-certified environmental consultancy firm dedicated to sustainable development solutions. My work supports environmental compliance, project assessments, and community engagement, contributing to the promotion of responsible practices across industries.

In addition, I serve as a Research Assistant on the Plastic-Free Rivers and Seas for South Asia (PLEASE) Project, where I contribute to the development of circular economy solutions for plastic waste. This experience has enhanced my commitment to addressing plastic pollution and supporting women-led microenterprises through sustainable innovation.

Looking forward, I aim to further specialize in climate change mitigation and sustainability reporting, focusing on carbon footprint management, Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions, and community-based adaptation strategies. I aspire to play a meaningful role in shaping global environmental policy and advancing climate solutions through research, innovation, and inclusive development models.

As an environmental professional committed to sustainable development and climate action, I am driven by a deep desire to contribute meaningfully to a greener, more equitable future. With a strong academic foundation and practical experience across environmental consultancy, research, and grassroots engagement, I am excited to align myself with global initiatives that promote innovation, sustainability, and community empowerment.

I hold an M.Phil degree in Environmental Sciences, where I focused on sustainable waste management and plastic pollution. My academic journey cultivated a solid understanding of ecological systems, environmental policies, and interdisciplinary approaches needed to address the complex environmental challenges of our time. During this period, I developed a strong interest in the intersection of scientific research and its real-world applications, particularly how local communities can be involved in building sustainable solutions.

Currently, I work with an ISO-certified environmental consultancy firm that supports projects in environmental compliance, sustainability planning, and impact assessment. This role has allowed me to apply my academic knowledge in real-world contexts and contribute to initiatives that promote responsible environmental stewardship. Working with diverse stakeholders has enhanced my ability to collaborate across sectors and understand the importance of practical, scalable interventions.

I also serve as a Research Assistant in the Plastic-Free Rivers and Seas for South Asia (PLEASE) Project, a regional effort aimed at reducing plastic pollution and building circular economies. This experience has further broadened my perspective on the environmental and socio-economic impacts of plastic waste. Being part of a regional initiative has strengthened my commitment to collaborative, cross-border environmental solutions and reinforced the importance of inclusive approaches that uplift communities, especially women-led groups.

These academic and professional experiences have shaped my long-term vision: to play an active role in global sustainability efforts through research, innovation, and policy engagement. I am particularly interested in advancing my knowledge of climate change mitigation, carbon footprint analysis, and sustainability reporting—including the measurement and reduction of Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions. My goal is to support organizations and communities in transitioning to low-carbon and climate-resilient systems.

I also aim to contribute to research and development of community-based adaptation strategies and nature-based solutions. I believe that the integration of traditional ecological knowledge, scientific research, and digital technologies can lead to impactful and inclusive environmental outcomes.

By joining a platform that brings together changemakers and sustainability leaders, I seek to expand my skills, contribute actively to shared missions, and bring back valuable insights to apply in local contexts. I am excited by the opportunity to learn, collaborate, and make a difference in addressing one of the most critical challenges of our time—building a sustainable and just future for all.
